Amazon will lease office space in 1750 Crystal Drive, 241 18th Street, and 1800 S Bell Street. They will buy from JBG Smith the remaining pieces of MetPark 7/8 and also PenPlace.
Demolition of 1900 Crystal Drive should have started on December 3rd. It will provide new residential and retail offerings.
